OUR RETURN PROCESS
If you change your mind for any reason on a purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item if you contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and it meets our return requirements. All returned orders will be issued with a credit note to the value of the item/s returned less any shipping costs (Afterpay orders will have their Afterpay debits cancelled and any paid will be refunded - Australian customers only). We are unable to offer exchanges for any returned items.
HOW TO ORGANISE A RETURN
Please email email@example.com before sending your parcel back to us and include your order number in the subject field. Our Returns Department will be glad to authorise your requirements should the returns policy be met.
Upon authorisation, please include the below details on your Returns Form:
- Your Order Number, which can be found on your confirmation email
- The reasons for your return
- The items you are returning

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you'll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns (unless paid with Afterpay - Australian customers only). Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is assessed as faulty by our returns department, including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to.
We do not allow returns for the following:
- Products purchased during a promotional sale period or on markdown/final sale
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition
- Products without their tags attached
- Products that appear to have been worn
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
FAULTY, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with, if relevant, clear photos of the fault and/or as much details as you can provide, and we will assist you from there with an outcome. All claims need to be made to us within 20 days of delivery.
